On the inside, I put bible verses and little messages from me. I also attatched flower shaped brads and fabric flowers. I didn't get any pictures of the insides:(
These are the most handy tools I have, for scrapbooking and now for card making. The Cricut is what I used to cut all of the names out, it's a huge time saver and you save so much money in the long run on stickers! This was my Christmas present this past year from Jason:)
We loved the homespun cards you made! Such a personal touch, and made with love!
ReplyDeleteToo cute. I have to get me one of the Cricuts. You are very creative girly!
ReplyDeleteYour Easter cards are so pretty and I love how each one is personalized!! I also like your scrapbooking machine, I'll bet it's lots of fun!

Oh, your family is so blessed to have you! What a wonderful idea!
ReplyDeleteYour cards are really cute.... the machine looks like a real time saver! I love the look of the handmade cards but at this point in life don't have the time to make cards... maybe when the kids are older... who knows...(C: Your family posts were so special.. It must have been touching for them to each read what you had written about them. It is so nice to see that you are all so close that you feel comfortable showing your love for each other.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute idea, you're very creative!
ReplyDeleteLooks lovely! I've been wanting to learn scrapbooking for ages.
ReplyDeleteI found your blog through Lori B's hope you don't mind that I stopped by:)!
ReplyDeleteI too love to make cards and love to scrapbook! Your cards are really cute! I'm sure every one appreciated them more because they were handmade. I know I appreciate things like that more when it comes from the heart :)!
Have a great day (and if you're bored...swing by my blog).

Wow! Your cards are so cute! I really like them. I like how you personalize them too with bible verses. What a neat idea.
ReplyDeleteI like to stamp cards. It is fun to get together with my friends and stamp up a bunch of cards.
What adorable cards!! You are really talented. They have come out with so much neat scrapbooking equipment since I made my last pages in like 1998. (You should see the shoeboxes full of photos I have accumulated since then, scary!) Anyways, I love the cards and I am sure your family will treasure them always!!
ReplyDeleteI loved your cards, they were so sweet. Better than any store bought cards... hehe.
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented,
I love you,
Me
I love to make cards and scrapbook too! Your cards are adorable. I'm sure your family loved them.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! You are so talented. My sister has so been wanting one of those machines:)
ReplyDeleteHave a day,
Trella
I love my Easter Card. Thank you, Christie! Surprise!!
ReplyDeleteThose are so lovely. I can see how similar they are to scrapbooking, which I also love to do.
ReplyDeleteI make cards with "Wunder Under" and fabric. I'll have to show you how on a step by step sometime. This summer. When time is a little more abundant :)
What a thoughtful gift! Your cards are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI love the cards, they're wonderful. We had a Valentine's swap in the homeschool group and each ended up with 23 Valentine's. There's nothing like a card made by hand with love.

Those look really cute. What a personal touch!!
ReplyDeleteSuch cute cards! My niece loves all things scrapbooking and does a lot of card making, too.
ReplyDeleteHow creative! They are so adorable! I bet that everyone loved them.
ReplyDeleteOh, I would love to be able to write to Jason as a soldier pen-pal. Would he mind?
oops, I was signed in as Abigail. This is really Autumn! =)
ReplyDeleteLove your cards! How sweet!
ReplyDeleteNow tell me about the cricut! I'm clueless about how this works! Does it print the name on your paper or does it cut out the individual letters like a die-cut??? Inquiring minds want to know...... :0)
